Associate Professor, PhD within the Finance field. At present day, she is also a permanent visiting – associate professor within the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France. She holds expertise in public and also private/corporate finance fields, referring to the analysis of the sustainability of public policy indicators, but also for considering the governance and sustainability of corporate investments. Her research area includes interdisciplinary areas, regarding the public and private good corporate governance, social sustainability and environmental indicators and gender issues.
Her teaching experience is covering eight years and she has gained considerable experience in research and European funded projects’ implementation, her expertise also including the creation and development of an “International Networking for Higher Education Research and Training in Finance”. She also holds several other qualifications granted by the Ministry of Labor, Family, and Social Protection and the Ministry of National Education, such as: Trainer, Project Manager, Human Resources Inspector and Expert in Accessing European structural and Cohesion Funds.
Her membership in organizations in Education and Research include: member of International Networking for Higher Education Research and Training in Finance; Quality of Field Finance Expert Evaluator for the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Expert Evaluator for the European Union Programme for Education, Training, Youth, and Sport, Erasmus+.
Her membership of national research or professional organizations refer to member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, Timis Branch Timisoara; member of General Association of Economists from Romania; member of World Economics Association Romania; member of the Romanian Finance and Banking – RoFIBA.
